Core Molding
Processes & press capacity
Custom Injection Molding
34 thermoplastic presses across two plants, from 55 to 1,440 tons of clamp force, for parts from grams to large structural components.
Insert Molding
Metal-to-plastic insert molding, including battery lids with insert-molded lead terminals and threaded assemblies.
Two-Shot Molding
Multi-material and multi-color two-shot molding available for integrated seals, grips and Class A surfaces.
Value-Added Secondary Operations
Finished, assembled, ready to ship
Vertically integrated, in-process operations let us deliver complete assemblies rather than loose parts, reducing your supply base and total cost.
How Injection Molding Works
The process behind every part
Resin is melted, injected into a precision mold under high clamp force, cooled, then ejected. The same fundamentals scaled across our 55-to-1,440-ton presses.
Centralized material handling
A centralized material handling system keeps resin flow consistent and traceable across the plant, supporting scientific molding for consistent, high-quality parts.
Two-shot molding is available for multi-material and multi-color parts.
